1. Existing Syndeia users with an active subscription can request Syndeia 3.4 SP3 installation files by opening a request on our helpdesk.

2. For Syndeia local clients, follow the instructions under the Installation sections. Use the 3.4 SP3 installation files when following the instructions.

   1. MagicDraw/Cameo plugin - Installation. For MagicDraw/Cameo, there are different Syndeia 3.4 SP3 plugin installations for MagicDraw/Cameo 19.0 SPx and MagicDraw/Cameo 2021x Refresh 2 Hotfix 1 and above.
