Problem

When attempting to expand NX model files in the Syndeia dashboard, they do not expand and multiple errors are shown.


Solution
Rhapsody -

PATH environment variable Syndeia.hep file may not have been set up correctly according to your version of NX. Redo step

  • MagicDraw - Check NX setup according to User Guide, paying particular attention to PATH environment variable setup

    •  Check NX setup according to User Guide, paying particular attention to Syndeia.hep file setup.
