Simulink R2016b+

If you have Simulink R2016b+ then you should make sure you have included the path to your MATLAB executable in the Syndeia settings tab and checked the box next to Use MATLAB Engine API as shown below, and

Simulink R2012a-R2016a

If you have a version of Simulink prior to R2016b, then API-based integration is not supported. Make sure that you have included the path to your MATLAB executable in the Syndeia settings tab and unchecked the box next to Use MATLAB Engine API as shown below, and
