If you are using Syndeia 3.4 plugin with Syndeia Cloud 3.4, then all of your Syndeia data is persisted on the Syndeia Cloud server. Your Syndeia admin will need to follow the migration process described here (Migrate Syndeia Cloud 3.4 -> 3.5).
