M3 - License validation fails

Problem
Symptom 1 - The following message is shown on MagicDraw startup:
Symptom 2 - The following messages are shown in the MagicDraw notification window: If you don't see the Notification Window, press Ctrl+M

Solution
Check that a valid license is placed in correct location according to step 8 of the installation instructions in the MagicDraw User Guide
