Help - Web Dashboard

The Help menu in the Main Menu Bar of the Syndeia Web Dashboard includes sub-menus to access Syndeia documentation, tutorials, API, and helpdesk.

A summary of the sub-menus in the Help menu is presented below.

(1) API - Overview - Access the Syndeia Cloud REST API Overview page. It provides an overview of the Syndeia Cloud domain model and its mapping to the domain models of integrated repositories/tools. This is a prerequisite to learning and using the Syndeia Cloud REST API. Refer to API - Overview to learn more.

(2) API - Swagger doc - Access the OpenAPI specification (Swagger doc) for the Syndeia Cloud REST API . It provides a listing of all the endpoints in the Syndeia Cloud REST API. Refer to API - Swagger doc to learn more.

(3) Demo - Access the Syndeia demos pages on the Intercax website. This includes links to the Syndeia 3.6 demonstration playlists on the Intercax Youtube channel. Demonstration videos are also embedded with the User Guide and Tutorial pages on this site.

(4) User Guide - Access the Syndeia 3.6 Web Dashboard and Client User Guides on this site.

(5) Tutorials - Access the Syndeia 3.6 Web Dashboard and Client Tutorials on this site.

(6) Help Desk - Access the Intercax Help Desk to submit questions, request licenses, report problems, or suggest improvements.

(7) About - Opens the About dialog that shows the version of this Syndeia Cloud deployment.
