Problem

When attempting to expand NX model files in the Syndeia dashboard, they do not expand and multiple errors are shown.


Solution

Syndeia.hep file may not have been set up correctly according to your version of NX. Check NX setup according to User Guide, paying particular attention to Syndeia.hep file setup.
