REST3

Create Reference connections to RESTful artifacts
Drag-n-drop artifacts from any repository/tool, such as SysML elements, Jama requirements, Jira issues, Teamcenter items, or GitHub files to RESTful artifacts, or vice versa, to create reference connections. A reference connection is the most basic form of traceability that can be used to check if the version of the RESTful artifact has changed.
