Follow these steps to export a custom PDF from a space in Confluence.

  1. Make sure you are logged in to Confluence.
  2. Go to the Space you wish to export as PDF.
  3. Ensure that you have admin access to export PDF. If you do not have admin access, please contact an Administrator.
  4. Click on Space Tools (it's on the left sidebar as shown.)



  5. Next click on Look and Feel option.



  6. Now under 'Look and Feel', click PDF Layout.


  7. Click on the highlighted link.

  8. Select 'Custom Export'



  9. Select all the pages that you want in your PDF documents, and click 'Export'.



  10.  Your PDF will soon be available to download.
