R3 - License validation fails

Problem
Symptom 1 - The following message is shown after opening a Syndeia project or adding Syndeia.sbs profile to a new project:
Symptom 2 - The following license validation messages are shown in the Rhapsody notification window: If you don't see the Notification Window, press Alt+3

Solution
Check that a valid license is placed in correct location according to step 8 of the installation instructions in the User Guide
