E4 - Can't generate instances from Excel rows.

Problem

When attempting to drag and drop an Excel row to a SysML package and the checkbox to generate as specialization is not checked as shown under Solution below, the following error is shown in the log area of the Syndeia dashboard:

[09:03:23] ERROR Unable to create instance in package package-1. InstanceSpecification concept may not be supported by this SysML tool. Try creating table row as a block specialization.

Solution

Rhapsody interface does not provide support for instances at this time. When using excel rows to generate in SysML and create data map connections, check the box to create as specialization (i.e. block) instead as shown below:
