1. Node-Locked Licenses:  single licenses issued and tied to a specific identifier of the host (ex: MAC Address, serial #, HD, etc.)
2. Floating Licenses:  licenses issued and served by a license server that can "float" between users (individual client machines will have a pointer license file pointing to the license server)
