Syndeia Cloud 3.6 SP1 is using newer versions of infrastructure components - Cassandra, JanusGraph, Kafka, and Zookeeper. This is necessary for expanding Syndeia capabilities and for enhanced cybersecurity.

Specifically, Cassandra version 4+ is no longer supported on Windows Server. Syndeia Cloud 3.6 SP1 requires Cassandra 4.1.
Generally, Syndeia Cloud deployments at our customer orgs are on Linux, esp. RHEL. However, if there are any teams still using Windows Server for deploying Syndeia Cloud, we request them to reach us by opening a request on our helpdesk. We will be happy to assist them. Potential path forward includes:
Transitioning from Windows Server to Linux deployments for Syndeia Cloud
Interim workaround by using containers (e.g. Docker) for infrastructure components
Note - This is only for Syndeia Cloud deployments. Syndeia Web Dashboard, Syndeia Clients (Cameo / Rhapsody / Standalone) are supported on multiple OSs, e.g. Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
