Overview
The User Management page in the Syndeia Web Dashboard is accessible from the Users menu in the main menu bar, and is visible to users with elevated privileges - refer to User Management - Web Dashboard (parent page) for details. The table below shows the actions available on the User Management page and the privileges / roles that a user must have to perform these actions.
General recommendation - User management should be performed by the Super User or a user with Admin role. See General Recommendations for User Privileges for details.

Disable Local Users
Disabling a user deactivates the user and prevents the user from signing in to Syndeia Cloud (Web Dashboard or API). The user data is still preserved since user keys may be used in created by and modified by fields in digital thread data. Enabling or Disabling users is only applicable for local users. Users managed by LDAP or SSO identity providers configured with Syndeia Cloud must be enabled / disabled in the respective identity providers.
