Syndeia Web Dashboard capabilities for managing Digital Thread Project privileges for a user are presented on this page.
Digital Thread Project privileges for a user can be managed by following users or roles / permissions. Refer to Global Privileges to learn more.
Super User (
super.user), ORAny user with Admin role, OR
Any user with USER CREATE and USER MODIFY permission.
General recommendation - Digital Thread Project privileges should be managed by the Super User or a user with Admin role. See General Recommendations for User Privileges for details.

Add Digital Thread Project Privileges
Follow the steps below to add Digital Thread Project Privileges for a given user.
(1) Go to the User Details page for the given user. The Digital Thread Project Privileges section in the User Details page shows the list of Digital Thread Projects accessible to the user and permissions for each, as also shown in Figure 1 below.
Refer to the User Management - Basics on navigating to the User Details page for a given user.
(2) Click on the Add Privileges button in the Digital Thread Project Privileges section. This will bring up a window for adding Digital Thread Project Privileges on one or more Digital Thread Projects for the given user (e.g. Syndeia User), as shown in Figure 2 below.
(3) Select the permissions to be applied, as shown in Figure 2 above.

Refer to General Recommendations for User Privileges for guidance on Digital Thread Project permissions required for most Syndeia end-users.
(4) Select the Digital Thread Projects for which the selected permissions need to be applied, as shown in Figure 3 below.
Click on the Digital Thread Projects field to view a drop down with all Digital Thread Projects.
Start typing text (e.g. Drone) contained in the names of Digital Thread Projects to get a filtered list of Digital Thread Projects (Figure 3, LHS).
Select one more Digital Thread Projects (Figure 3, RHS).
(5) Click on the Apply button, as shown in Figure 4.
(5) The list of selected Digital Thread Projects and permissions for each will be listed in a table, as shown in Figure 5 below. Repeat Steps 2-4, as needed, for other Digital Thread Projects.
(6) When done, click on the Save button to apply permissions on all the selected Digital Thread Projects for the given user.
(7) In the Digital Thread Project Privileges section, verify that user privileges have been added for the selected Digital Thread Projects, as shown in Figure 6 below.
Modify Digital Thread Project Privileges
Follow the steps below to modify Digital Thread Project Privileges for a given user.
(1) In the Digital Thread Project Privileges section, click on the pencil icon 
(2) Add or remove user permissions for the selected Digital Thread Project, as shown in Figure 8 below.
(3) Click on the Update button, as shown in Figure 9 below.
(4) In the Digital Thread Project Privileges section, verify that user privileges for the selected Digital Thread Project have been modified, as shown in Figure 10.
Remove Digital Thread Project Privileges
Follow the steps below to remove Digital Thread Project Privileges for a given user.
(1) In the Digital Thread Project Privileges section, click on the delete icon 
(2) Click on the Remove button to confirm, as shown in Figure 11 below.
(3) In the Digital Thread Project Privileges section, verify that user privileges for the selected Digital Thread Project have been removed, as shown in Figure 12.
